Each crystal is factory-inspected and meets the safety certification standards of QIMA. They are optimized specifically for subsurface laser engraving (SSLE) on both green beam and UV laser systems.

Each crystal is carefully hand-polished, QIMA safety certified, and produced with a composition designed for optimal SSLE performance. Unlike other non-standard crystals, these K9 blanks do not develop a yellow tint. They stay clear and transparent for years.

Yes. The K9 crystal composition works well with both green beam (532nm) and UV laser systems (355nm). Green beam lasers usually engrave faster and capture finer detail because the light penetrates K9 crystal more effectively. UV systems also produce excellent results, but they usually require longer engraving times when compared to the green beam lasers.

No. Our K9 crystals are UV-stable and do not yellow or discolor with age or when exposed to sunlight. The optical clarity and brightness of your engraving will remain constant for years.

There is no minimum order quantity. However, raw material on HQ+ is sold by the case, and each case contains a specific number of crystal pieces depending on the size of the crystal.

If the crystals arrive damaged once you receive them due to shipping issues, you can contact info@cockpit3d.com with photos. We'll work with you on replacement options. We are happy to note that our packaging is solid and we have not seen many issues despite shipping over 12 tons of crystal weight per year fo the past 2 decades.
